Successful Town Centres blend social interaction, commerce and leisure activities together in a pedestrian- friendly, outdoor setting. The Watagan Park Community Town Centre will activate Watagan Park estate, and Cooranbong and it’s surrounds, enabling local residents to have a place to meet, drink coffee, stroll in the park and genuinely build community.
