As part of Johnson Property Group’s on-going commitment to deliver local infrastructure for our community, one of the next projects currently in planning is a new Skate Park within the Watagan Park estate. The Skate Park will be located within the new On-Site Sports Facility precinct – adjacent to the new Watagan Park Town Centre.
We are excited to share that the new regional on-site Sports Facility between the Watagan Park Town Centre and Avondale School has received DA approval marking a significant milestone. The facility include a 6.2-hectare sporting complex comprising a full-size oval sports field with field lighting, a skate park, a fenced dog park and more.

This park, located at the new roundabout on Jeremiah Drive, is nearing completion. This 1.1 hectare park is expected to be open for community use by the end of February 2023.
