Hi, my name is Brock, I am a family man and a father of 3 young kids ages 10, 8 and 6. I am part of a family-owned fishing tackle business called Hot Tackle, we have two stores on Lake Macquarie one at Morisset and one at Warners Bay.

I grew up in Bonnells Bay near the Morisset area and never wanted to leave so it was the perfect fit when we decided to open our fishing tackle stores. We strategically positioned both our stores on the doorstep of Lake Macquarie as Lake Macquarie is an amazing lake to fish and enjoy water sports. More people realising this it is a fast-growing area with great schools, facilities and a great spot to raise a family. You’ll never be bored with things to do in the area, if being on the water isn’t for you, we are also at the foot of the Watagan Mountains which is an amazing place to go for hikes, picnics and explore what the area has to offer.
